Darby Glen Civic Association

We are not a HOA.  We are a group of neighborhood volunteers who collect dues to cover the cost of mowing, lighting and landscaping the front entrances and along the white fence.  Even though the dues we collect are voluntary,  they are essential for the upkeep of the front entrances and directly boost curb appeal and property values.
